She had a fulfilling life and a daughter she truly loved. Her daughter, Elida, was everything to her. He made it clear to her that he would do everything to get his daughter back.
As hard as a stone, he vowed to take Elida away from her. Of course, she would never let that happen! She could never live without Elida kaya gagawin niya ang lahat huwag lang nitong kunin ang anak niya.

REVIEW

GENRE
Romance

PLOT
One of the more interesting plots around. And I think the author gave it justice, despite the predictable turn of events. It wasn't boring.

POINT OF VIEW
I liked the heroine's POV. It was clear and consistent. It was true to her feelings, the feelings a reader like me would expect from a woman in her situation.

CHARACTERS

HERA
She acted appropriately in every scene. Well-balanced, not overreacting. She's good. She had depth. She had story.

XANDER
He's simple, but good enough to be a hero. He had his motivations and appeal. And mystery. It was a thrill knowing his character.

Though I knew in the first place the problems they will face, it was fascinating to read about their journey. Their love was well-developed. I felt the connection and the "kilig". I liked this couple.

OTHER DETAILS
First chapter and it was already exciting.  Second chapter and the story was unfolding well. There was a nice flow of events and struggle after struggle, the characters also revealed themselves. Until the convincing breaking-point. A good example of internal conflict.

I liked all their scenes. Walang patapon. I liked their dialogues, consistent and substantial.  I liked how the author used the child to lead the story to the peak.

And the best part was that THERE'S NO NEED FOR HERO POV.

CONCLUSION
It was well-written. Simple, yet full. Maybe it fell short in terms of stimulating parts, but I enjoyed reading it. I recommend it.
